Tuesday night at The Surrey Hotel in NYC, we celebrated our partnership with charity: water, a non-profit organization bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations. Their cause is so vitally fundamental and many of us take it for granted every day. Our Kwiat team has developed the Waterdrop bracelet to support their work; all the profits from the bracelet will go to fund the charity: water organization and allow them to give ONE hundred percent of public donations to fund water projects.
The evening’s charitable purpose was not lost on the backdrop of The Surrey Hotel’s lavish presidential suite. Greg Kwiat and charity: water founder, Scott Harrison, spoke about the partnership as well as charity: water’s mission to the over 100 guests in attendance. Who, anxious to get their hands on their own Waterdrop bracelet, placed orders on iPads or gave good old-fashioned cash. A successful night it was indeed – we sold out all of our bracelets for the event and online orders continue to come in. We are thrilled that the Kwiat Waterdrop bracelet has created such a major buzz, and proud to be working with such an amazing organization.
